100 x 100 cm deep
Acrylic, gesso, graphite and collage on canvas.
The artist says "This is part of a series of still life works which are inspired by other artist's works which incorporate objects.
Inspired by Andy Warhol's Campbells Soup Can series. I started by adhering pattern dress making paper and a dyed American flag onto canvas. The still life is of daffodils in a soup can, which are exuberant joyful and the flowers look like trumpets. The drawing is made with graphite, with acrylic and gesso.
The painting is bespoke framed in a white wooden box frame and is ready to hang."
