Mew says "I’ve made 3 new ceramics for Carnival and decided that each pot should be a celebration of Mardi Gras.
I wanted the vessels to almost represent the notebook or sketchbook of a particular character that I made up in my own head from the 70’s, with song lyrics, doodles, crossing out’s and stuff like that, I guess things that each guy would fill their pages with.

Andy features ‘My Carnival’ by Paul McCartney & Wings, Diego has some lyrics from ‘Take me to the Mardi Gras by Paul Simon and on Steve, I chose to write specific quotes and banner writing that I researched and found from the 70’s."
