Brighton 'Palace' Pier Diptych 2013
Keira Rathbone has developed her own unique technique of drawing by using the different letters, numbers, and symbols from a manual typewriter to produce images. She sees ‘each imprint as a texture or shape with which to build complete images.’
Brighton’s iconic Palace Pier with its domed arcade, kiosks, clock tower and funfair is viewed from the promenade in this impressively large print.
